Very pleasant experience with this State Farm location. We were shopping around for home insurance that would both meet the needs of our 3 family unit, and also not break the bank- and Santos was able to provide us that exact coverage. Santos made it very easy for us to understand our coverage, and reached out to make sure all of our questions were answered. As anyone buying a home knows, your closing date is an ESTIMATE and not set in stone, so when I originally reached out I asked for a quote on one date, but then had to call back and tell him we needed coverage sooner. Santos made it super easy to adjust our policy, and ensure we had a smooth transition with no lapse in coverage. Given that insurance is typically not something one associates with ease, Santos made setting up our home insurance policy surprisingly simple. Very happy with the process, and hoping to stay with State Farm for a very long time.
